Automatic labeling machine Up&Down.

The Pk-LINE-Up&Down labeling machine for flat objects can apply one or two labels above and one or two labels below on various types of flat products, like for example bowls.
Pk-LINE-Up&Down has photocell as standard able to read transparent or no-transparent objects. Available like the option the transparent labels photocell, also.

The Pk-LINE-Up&Down labeler is compact, only 1500mm long for the passage of products up to 320mm wide. It has a robust industrial construction with cantilevered conveyor belts mounted on reinforced frames with encoder control for automatic adjustment of the speed of the labeling heads to the increase in speed of the belts, synchronized (SYNCRO).
Pk-LINE-Up&Down is available in the left or right direction and with width labels from 20 to 100mm or 20 to 150mm.

Optionally, an inkjet marker with HP TIJ2.5 technology 7″ color touch-screen control panel can be installed on the labeling heads for printing variable data, dates, times, barcodes, QRCodes, serialized numbers, etc. directly on the labels. Or, it is possible to mount the inkjet code/marker on the tape for direct printing on objects.

Pk-LINE-Up&Down is available with a lower industrial thermal printer for printing variable data in the Pk-LINE-Up&Down-TTR version. TTR printers can choose from all the industrial printers in the market, TSC, Zebra, Sato, and Toshiba TEC. Toshiba TEC can install the save ribbon option to print little data on big labels saving up ribbon use. It is possible to install Engine printers to print variable data, also.

Pk-LINE-Up&Down has a color touch-screen control panel with 100 recipe programs for controlling both labeling heads. Up to 30 mt/min belt speed, up to 100 pcs/min.
