Pk-LINE-Belt-4V : print and apply labels on flat products

Print and apply labels to flat products generally such as boxes, envelopes, bags, trays, etc. model Pk-LINE-Belt-4V with industrial printing engines.

Pk-LINE-Belt-4V has a motorized transport belt controlled by the control display with up to 100 storable recipes. The upper label transport belt creates a vacuum through the fans to retain the labels and guides them towards the product, exactly marking the application position on the products. This technology called SYNCRO allows you to adjust the lower transport belt to the desired speed, separating the speed of the printer from that of the products. Thus the lower product transport belt can be adjusted to the best speed for insertion in production lines with speeds of up to 30 m/min. and an application frequency of up to 50 pcs./min. (with intermediate size labels).

Another unique quality of the Pk-LINE-Belt-4V is that of being able to install either a 4″ (inch) or 6″ (inch) print engine without replacing or adding any accessory, also in retrofit to optimize investments.

Pk-LINE-Belt-4V can be accessorised with the AISI304 stainless steel manual loader which allows you to precisely position the products well aligned with the labelling. The manual loader is adjustable in various positions to adapt to all types of small products, in particular envelopes, bags and cans.

The loader is removable to use the machine in line with other equipment (flow-pack, fillers, weight-price machines, etc.).

Also available is a tilting loader for envelopes with irregular thicknesses or aluminum ones with zip, etc.

The machine is supplied with side guides adjustable in depth and height.

Pk-LINE-Belt-4V can print on thermal labels or using Ribbon or Foil.
