Quick and easy label applicator machine desktop Pk-52 for round products
Pk-52 is a desktop self-adhesive label applicator for round containers for applying one or two labels (front/back).
Extremely easy to manage, with exclusive automatic paper loading and very fast format changeover. For containers from 10 to 110 mm in diameter, label width from 20 to 155 mm. wide (height on the product).
The label applicator machine desktop Pk-52 is built in aisi304 stainless steel with a thickness of 4mm, demonstrating the overall robustness of the product.
The label maker offers the possibility of online connections for online Print&Apply functions with color printers, thermal printers and inkjet markers. The installations were carried out with the main color printers on the market with excellent results in terms of productivity and cost savings. In this way, labels can be printed and applied in total autonomy, in real-time, even for small production batches.
From the roll of white labels in a single cycle, easily print and apply around 1200 pcs./h (average speed calculated on medium-sized products and labels).
The rubber rollers where the product is positioned for the application of the label can be modified at the customer’s request to accommodate cylindrical products with irregular shapes, such as, for example, syringes with exposed handles, vials for medicines, jars with protruding caps, etc.
Available options:
- Transparent label photocell.
- Application in-phase of labels. When a label is present on a product and you want to apply a second one in a specific position.
- Connection with inkjet color printers (print&apply full colors desktop).
- Connection with thermal printers (Print&Apply single color desktop).
- Connection with an inkjet marker/encoder with a 7″ color touch-screen control panel. The print area is up to 25mm.
- Rubber roller modification for uneven products.
