Pk-Line-Belt-TTR is an automatic labeling machine for self-adhesive labels equipped with a motorized belt measuring 320x1500mm with inverter control for speed regulation. As well as an industrial thermal printer for printing and applying self-adhesive labels on flat products in general.

Pk-Line-Belt-TTR prints the label and hands it to the belt with suction fans which moves and holds the label, transporting it to the fiber optic photocell. A potentiometer placed on the ribbon allows the operator to easily adjust the start of the label when the product arrives to place it exactly in the desired point. The repeatability of the machine is precise and depends on the more or less regular shape of the product.

A manual loader in AISI304 stainless steel (optional) allows you to precisely position the products well aligned with the labeling. The manual loader is adjustable in various positions to adapt to all types of products. Furthermore, it is removable to use the machine in line with other equipment (flow-pack, fillers, etc.). However, the machine is supplied with steel side guides that are adjustable in depth and height.

Pk-Line-Belt-TTR can apply labels in real time, i.e. the last label printed is the one applied to the product. Or you can apply the penultimate printed label on the product to obtain greater production speed. The motorized belt can reach 30 m/min. and the frequency of application of medium-sized labels up to 100 pcs/min.
